Each track of this collection incorporates multiple random aspects, whether it is a random sequence of pre-chosen notes, randomly generated notes, random modulation, random noise, or all of the above, with varying levels of human performance, guidance, composition, or “control.” Each track was also performed improvisationally and recorded live, creating its own aspect of randomness that cannot be exactly duplicated.
